5. Opportunity Data & Fit Scores

KreatorHQ may provide business recommendations, fit scores, and outreach suggestions.

These are informational only and are not guarantees of results, partnerships, or revenue.

You are solely responsible for:

• Outreach communication.
• Compliance with platform policies, including Instagram rules.
• Any agreements made with third parties.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee brand responses, deal conversions, revenue outcomes, or business results. Results depend on user actions and external factors beyond our control.

7. No Agency Relationship

KreatorHQ is not an agent, broker, representative, employer, or manager of any user, creator, business, or third party. We do not negotiate, enter into, manage, or enforce agreements on behalf of users.

8. User Content & Communications

Users are solely responsible for all content, outreach, messages, communications, offers, negotiations, and business interactions sent through or inspired by the Service. KreatorHQ does not review, approve, control, or guarantee user outreach or communications.

9. Third-Party Integrations

KreatorHQ may integrate with services including Instagram, TikTok, Stripe, and hosting infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, limitations, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features may be offered via subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing. You may cancel before renewal, and access continues until the end of the billing period.

All payments are processed by third-party providers.

11. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, the platform is misused, or continued access may create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk. You may terminate your account at any time.

All platform content, design, software, branding, logos, graphics, workflows, and technology are owned by KreatorHQ or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KreatorHQ is not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, third-party actions, platform restrictions, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KreatorHQ from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your outreach, your communications, your business interactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii, USA.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KreatorHQ constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
