KreatorHQ provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data and account information.

You may request deletion of your data by:

  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion
  • Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Some data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Account information (email, profile details)
  • Creator profile data
  • Saved opportunities and platform activity
  • Connected social account data

4. Instagram (Meta) Data

If you have connected your Instagram account, you may also revoke access directly through your Meta account settings at any time.

Once access is revoked, KreatorHQ will no longer receive new data from your account.

5. Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary for:

  • Fraud prevention
  • Security purposes
  • Legal compliance
