Data Deletion

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

KreatorHQ gives users control over their data, including the ability to request deletion of their account and associated information at any time.

Need to delete your account? You can request deletion in-app or by contacting support@kreatorhq.io.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion using one of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Log into your KreatorHQ account.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your deletion request.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account, email us at support@kreatorhq.io and include the email address associated with your KreatorHQ account.

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
  • Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Some information may be retained only where required for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, KreatorHQ will delete:

  • Account information, including email and profile details.
  • Creator profile data, including niche, preferences, settings, and platform details.
  • Saved opportunities, leads, outreach activity, and platform activity.
  • Business match data associated with your account.
  • Stored Instagram profile, analytics, and insights data retrieved through Meta permissions.

4. Instagram and Meta Data

If you connect your Instagram account to KreatorHQ, we may access limited Instagram account information and insights to provide creator analytics, matching, and opportunity discovery features.

KreatorHQ does not store your Instagram password or login credentials.

You may revoke KreatorHQ’s access at any time through your Meta account settings: Manage Meta app access .

Once access is revoked, KreatorHQ will no longer receive new data from your connected Instagram account. Previously stored data will be deleted according to your deletion request.

5. Exceptions

Certain limited information may be retained only where required or necessary for:

  • Legal compliance.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Security and abuse prevention.
  • Resolving disputes or enforcing our terms.
